Free repair (US only)

This listing is for a repair! Free repairs up to one year from purchase. In the notes, please put your order number from your original purchase and list any details to help me prepare for your repair (example: clasp broken, chain snapped, missing stone, etc.)

(*note: this is for repairs due to damage, I cannot replace tarnished or discolored jewelry)

You pay for return shipping as usual

Once your repair order is placed, I will email you a USPS shipping label. You can go to any USPS office & ask for a "priority flat rate envelope" (they are free with your label!)

Turn around for repairs is 7-10 business days depending on the severity of your repair.

If you are international / overseas please email me to discuss a repair option for you as this listing only covers US orders.
