since each item is made to order & jimmytoast is a one woman show, please allow up to 14 business days for production of each unique piece.

the turn around time for customs or remakes of one-off pieces is indefinite based on the availability of additional supplies needed for your order + production + shipping. Most customs will ship in 4-6 weeks or less.

priority flat rate parcels generally take up to 2-5 business days to arrive in the US. This means 2-5 business days once your jewelry has been made + shipped (2-5 days is just the amount of time that it is in transit with usps, not the production time.) tracking numbers are updated via paypal or emailed to you and can be found on your transaction details.

free shipping can take up to 2 weeks depending on your location. tracking info is not included on your paypal transaction with free shipping, but may be available upon request.
